I'm Gwatsin Thong. I design and build cinematic websites for founders and small teams as a studio of one. Brand identity through launch. One person, start to finish, no handoff debt.
The site you're on is the studio. Three tiers. Flat fees. Two- to four-week turnarounds. Designed in Figma, built in Framer or Webflow, or, when the brief calls for it, written from scratch in React, GSAP, and Three.js.
How I work
- One person, start to finish. You talk to the person doing the work. No PM, no rotating roster, no expensive design-to-dev handoff.
- Flat fees, scoped tiers. Pricing is public. Tiers exist so we both know what fits without writing a SOW.
- Fast, but not rushed. Two weeks for design. Two to three weeks for build. Four-plus for cinematic. Awards-grade work needs the time it needs.
- Yours on handoff. Figma file, Framer/Webflow project, GitHub repo, whichever applies. You own it all, you can edit it all.

- How much does a cinematic website cost?
- The Cinematic Website tier starts at $4,000 and is scoped per project. It includes everything in Build & Launch plus custom motion design, scroll-driven storytelling, WebGL / 3D moments, and bespoke interactions. Timelines are set together on a 20-minute intro call.
- What does the design process look like?
- A 20-minute call to scope. 50% upfront. Design happens in Figma, then build happens in Framer, Webflow, or custom React depending on the tier. Revisions are scoped (2 rounds in tiers 01 and 02). 50% on handoff or launch. You own everything.
- What tools does Gwatsin work with?
- Design: Figma. Build: Framer, Webflow, or custom React (Next.js). Motion: GSAP, Lottie. 3D / WebGL: Three.js, React Three Fiber, custom shaders. CMS and integrations on request.
- Does Gwatsin work with founders or agencies?
- Both, with a strong preference for projects where there's a single clear decision-maker on the client side. Direct-to-founder relationships are easiest. Subcontracting through agencies is fine if the scope and approvals chain stays clean.
