Using gwatsin.com means accepting what follows. It is short because the site does little: it lists templates, links to them, and writes about them.
What this site is
A catalogue of Framer templates and writing about them, published by Gwatsin Thong. Templates are obtained either by remixing them in Framer or, for paid ones, by buying them through Polar. What you may do with a template afterwards is set out in the template license.
What this site is not
It does not sell design services, take briefs, or quote for work. No page here is an offer to perform services, and nothing on it forms a client engagement. Commissioned design and build work is a separate business at zegwastudio.com, under its own terms.
Purchases
Paid templates are sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Polar; the license for the template itself is with Gwatsin Thong. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, though a change never affects a purchase already made.
Refunds
A template is a digital file delivered immediately, so it cannot meaningfully be returned. If a template is materially broken, or is not what its page described, write within 14 days of purchase and it will be fixed or refunded. Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for buying the wrong template, or for lacking the Framer plan needed to publish.
Availability
The site, and any given template, may change or disappear without notice. Templates already acquired remain yours under the license, whether or not they stay listed.
Third parties
Framer, Polar, and any linked site operate under their own terms. Links out are not endorsements, and no responsibility is taken for what sits on the other end of one. Some links to Framer are affiliate links, which means a commission may be earned when a template is remixed or a plan is bought. This never changes what you pay.
Liability
Everything here is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of the site or of a template, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to what you paid for the template in question.
